Further cleanup ebuild; add patch to fix building with libtool-2; avoid the silly hack with CXX variable; remove arch-conditionals in the ebuild code as well (any other arch wanting to keyword will have to mask the USE flags); disable forced PIC; remove unicode USE flag (Gentoo policy wants stuff installed in UTF-8 always); use emake for install; make png, jpeg and tiff USE flag only respond with X USE flag enabled (this will also have to be masked for other arches) avoid sedding the Makefiles, since they are already fixed upstream; avoid using the .png extension for the icon in the .desktop file; rebuild autotools properly; restrict tests since they are silly upstream as well.
